Hi Mike, We constantly hear about "state sponsored" cyber attacks on private US companies and government institutions, but rarely hear about what the US based actors are doing to other countries. Is this a two--way war and we only hear one side of the story? I'd love to hear if the US is doing any "offensive" cyber work to counter these attacks. Thanks. -MJ (Washington state.)
Hey Mike , I really enjoy your blend of new and sarcasm. Where were you on 9/11 and what was your day like? Thank you Shaun from Northern New Hampshire
Afternoon Mike. Glad that you and Tim Kennedy had segments with Chris Williamson after the trump shooting. Great interviewer and two people I’d want to hear from. With that being said, I was to divert to a different topic. The crowdstrike outage. Given your experience, would it not be estimated that a foreign nation would plant a spy in a cybersecurity company of that size? Seems to me to be a bad actor vs an “opps”. I could be off but there seems to be many test runs of updates before running. My gut says this was a way for a bad actor to gain insight into our infrastructure. Thanks for any insight and keep it up. Best subscription yet.
